These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilibay ("jilibay," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilibay online gaming platform available at https://jilibay.one and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jilibay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering on jilibay, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section. jilibay reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if any eligibility requirement is found to be unsatisfied.

To access the full features of the jilibay Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active jilibay account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jilibay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. KYC Verification: jilibay is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by jilibay for this purpose, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
5. Account Suspension: jilibay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or any conduct that jilibay deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

jilibay accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CliQQ, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction.
• Currency: All transactions on the jilibay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Processing Time: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jilibay account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
• Deposit Fees: jilibay does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which jilibay bears no responsibility.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Failed Transactions: jilibay is not responsible for failed or delayed deposits caused by issues with your payment provider, network connectivity, or circumstances beyond jilibay's reasonable control.

jilibay is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests made on the Platform:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. jilibay will not process any withdrawal until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. jilibay reserves the right to request additional verification if a different withdrawal method is requested.
• Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawal Fees: jilibay does not charge fees on withdrawals. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
• Pending Wagering Requirements: Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing. Requests to withdraw funds with outstanding wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion only; real-money funds remain withdrawable.
• Right to Withhold: jilibay reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.

All games available on the jilibay Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• RNG Certification: All jilibay slot games and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by jilibay or any third party.
• Live Dealer Games: Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers. The rules and outcomes of live dealer games are governed by the respective provider's terms, which are incorporated by reference.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, jilibay reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the player's account. No winnings derived from a malfunction will be paid.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. jilibay reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• Collusion & Cheating: Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools (bots), or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

jilibay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion details.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jilibay reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live table games and certain other game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: jilibay reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it determines that bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any other form of promotional exploitation has occurred.
• Modification & Cancellation: jilibay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonuses at the time of cancellation will be notified and any qualifying wagering already completed will be taken into account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilibay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to jilibay immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating in connection with any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilibay staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or access control measures implemented by jilibay.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

jilibay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jilibay players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without jilibay's prior written consent.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jilibay's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilibay, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond jilibay's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results caused by technical malfunctions.

In no event shall jilibay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilibay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilibay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on jilibay, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, jilibay collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with KYC, anti-money laundering, and other regulatory obligations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Improving the Platform and personalising your gaming experience.
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

When material changes are made, jilibay will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the jilibay Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with our standard account closure procedure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, jilibay reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
